Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every US order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and transported in approximately 4–6 business days after shipment.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is provided after the order ships.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, before shipment. After shipment, the order is handled under the Refund Policy.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days after delivery. We pay the approved return shipping cost.

When will a refund appear?

After an approved return is received and processed, the original payment method is credited. Banks normally post the credit within 5–10 business days.

Follow the care, material, temperature, and safety directions shown for the specific product and on its packaging. Do not use a damaged vessel or lid.
