Refund Policy

We want every Contigo drinkware purchase to feel straightforward and dependable. You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

• The request must be made within 30 days after delivery.
• The item should be returned with its included components and proof of purchase.
• Customized goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable.

Return shipping

We pay return shipping for both no-reason returns and returns involving defects, damage, or an incorrect item. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the approved return instructions and shipping label.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are supported within the same 30-day period. Availability is confirmed when the returned item is reviewed.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer normally posts the credit within 5–10 business days.

Order cancellation

An order may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, the order is handled under this Refund Policy.
